SleepyG Stickers – Order Policies

Rush Orders

Need your stickers fast? Rush production is available on select orders based on current workload, material availability, and design readiness.

Rush Fee Structure:

  • 20% of order total

  • $15 minimum rush fee

  • Large or high-volume rush orders may require a custom quote

Rush service places your order into our priority production queue and may qualify for same-day or next-business-day production when available.

Please contact us before ordering if you need guaranteed turnaround times.

Proofs & Design Changes

Our custom sticker builder allows many customers to preview their design live before checkout. If a manual proof is requested, we will provide one for approval before production begins.

Customers are responsible for reviewing proofs carefully for spelling, sizing, colors, placement, and overall design accuracy.

After an order has been placed or approved, requested changes may delay production and may be subject to edit fees based on the scope of revisions.

Typical Edit Fees:

  • Minor changes: starting at $10

  • Moderate revisions: starting at $25

  • Major redesigns: quoted as needed

Once production has started, design changes may no longer be possible.

Order Cancellations

Because all products are custom made to order, cancellations must be requested as soon as possible.

  • Orders not yet started may be eligible for cancellation.

  • Orders already in design, print, or production may be subject to setup charges, design time charges, or partial refunds.

  • Completed custom orders cannot be canceled.

Turnaround Times

We aim to begin processing your order within 24 hours of final proof approval.

If design edits or revisions are requested after the initial proof, processing time will begin within 24 hours of approval of the updated proof.

Production timelines may vary based on order size, complexity, material availability, and current order volume.

Rush service, if approved, receives priority placement in our production queue.

Custom Work Policy

All custom artwork submitted by customers must be owned by the customer or used with permission. SleepyG Stickers is not responsible for unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked material submitted by customers.
