Graphic Design Terms & Conditions
Scope of Graphic Design Services
SleepyG Stickers offers custom graphic design services, including but not limited to:
Business logo design
Custom artwork from scratch
Design redraws and cleanups
Print-ready artwork setup
Sticker design
Brand graphics
Event designs
Department and team graphics
Custom illustrations and layout workGraphic design services are separate from physical product orders unless otherwise stated in writing.
If the customer chooses to turn the completed design into stickers or another physical product, that order will be quoted and invoiced separately.
Design Deposit
A $25.00 design deposit is required before any graphic design work begins.
This deposit secures the customer’s place in the design queue and allows SleepyG Stickers to begin the design process.
No design work will begin until the deposit has been paid.
Design Rate
Graphic design work is billed at:
$25.00 per hour
The customer understands that the final cost of the project depends on the amount of design time required to complete the artwork.
Edits and Revisions
SleepyG Stickers offers unlimited edits during the design process until the customer is satisfied with the design direction.
However, once color has been added to a design, the project is considered to have moved past the rough design stage.
If the customer requests a structural design change after color has been added, a $15.00 fee will apply to move the artwork back into the design process.
This fee applies to changes that require redesigning, redrawing, restructuring, or significantly changing the approved design direction.
This fee does not apply to minor color adjustments, small cleanup edits, or simple text corrections.
Customer Responsibility for Submitted Artwork
The customer may submit reference images, logos, sketches, photos, design ideas, names, characters, or other materials to assist with the design process.
By submitting any artwork, images, logos, names, characters, references, or design requests, the customer confirms that they have the legal right, license, or permission to use those materials.
The customer agrees that SleepyG Stickers is not responsible or liable for copyright, trademark, ownership, licensing, or intellectual property issues related to customer-submitted artwork or design requests.
SleepyG Stickers reserves the right to refuse any design request that appears to violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
Communication
Communication for graphic design orders will be handled by email or text message when applicable.
The customer agrees to provide timely responses during the design process.
Standard carrier fees may apply to the customer. SleepyG Stickers is not responsible for any cell phone charges, text message fees, data fees, or carrier-related costs connected to communication during a graphic design order.
No Communication Policy
If SleepyG Stickers does not receive any form of communication from the customer for 7 consecutive days during the design process, the final invoice will be sent for all work completed up to that date.
Once the invoice is sent, the order will be considered closed.
Any additional work requested after the order is closed may require a new deposit and a new graphic design order.
Final Invoice and File Delivery
Once the design is complete, SleepyG Stickers will send a final invoice for the remaining balance due.
All completed artwork files will be delivered to the customer after the final invoice has been paid in full.
Artwork files will not be released until full payment has been received.
Late Payment Fee
Final payment is due once the completed design invoice has been sent.
If payment is not received within 14 days of the invoice date, a 5% late fee will be added to the total balance due.
The customer is responsible for paying the full balance, including any applicable late fees, before artwork files are released.
Sales, Returns, and Refunds
All graphic design sales are final.
Because graphic design is a custom service, returns, refunds, and cancellations are not accepted once work has begun.
The customer understands that the design deposit and any completed design time are non-refundable.
Portfolio, Marketing, and Social Media Use
SleepyG Stickers reserves the right to use any artwork completed through SleepyG graphic design services for social media posts, marketing materials, website content, advertisements, and/or examples of previous work.
If the customer does not want their completed artwork used for marketing, social media, portfolio, or example purposes, the customer must clearly state this in writing before the design process is complete.
SleepyG Stickers will not sell, reproduce, or distribute the completed artwork as a separate product without permission.

Sticker Order Discount
Customers who complete a graphic design order with SleepyG Stickers may be eligible to save 10% on a custom sticker order using the completed design.
Sticker orders are quoted and invoiced separately from graphic design services.
Discount eligibility, sticker pricing, production time, and final product details will be confirmed before the sticker order is placed.
